• Scheduled transportation for local medical care appointments, shopping, and community services
• Daily afternoon socials
• Social, recreational, and educational programs for residents and families
• Scheduled resident and family meetings
• Maintenance of building and grounds

Upon your arrival, we'll consult with you and plan together for your personalized care. Our registered nurse oversees interaction between you and our certified nursing staff 24-hours a day and continually monitors your plan for additional needs. If no care plan is needed initially, the nursing staff is always available and ready to handle emergencies.

When outside care is required, we'll provide transportation to drive you to your care provider. Should additional medical assistance be needed, our facility is located just minutes from St. Charles Medical Center, one of the premier hospitals in Oregon offering a vast selection of health services.
