Residents have amenities such as digital high-speed internet wiring in each room, a basic extended cable television package, beautiful high-end finishes designed by Dee Dee Hazen Interiors, emergency call system in each room and throughout the building, firelight living room, centralized mail center, grand foyer, richly appointed dining room, guest dining room, old-fashioned ice cream parlor, activity room, exercise room, meeting room, game room, Theater with large screen television, library, full service beauty/barber shop, beautifully landscaped grounds, and walking trails.
Q: Do you offer church services and other religious activities at the site?
A: We offer in house church services, as well as, several meeting rooms that can be used for religious services.
Q: What is your visitor policy?
A: Fox Hollow welcomes and encourages visitors, including children and pets.
Q: Do you offer transportation?
A: We offer scheduled transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, and various events.
: Do you have hair care for residents?
A: A beauty/barber shop is conveniently located on the first floor.
Q: How many meals a day are included in the basic fee?
A: Our chef offers scrumptious meals three times daily in the dining room. Quality foods and menu selection is important for health and variety.
Q: Do you have special diets for medical conditions?
A: At assessment upon entrance to Fox Hollow, special diet needs will be identified and a meal plan devised to meet them.
Q: What medical records and histories do you keep for you residents?
A: Fox Hollow's nurse keeps a medical history for each of its residents as a supplement to the records of the resident's physician. These records are private and securely stored, and used in the development of the care plan, as a cross reference to care plan changes, and in case of emergencies.
Q: How long may a resident stay in this community?
A: Resident needs can eventually move beyond Fox Hollow’s license to care for them. Should this situation occur, residents may wish to move to a nearby Regency Pacific skilled nursing community to support an easy transition to a facility with different licensed care.
Q: What is assisted care?
A: Assisted care is designed for active seniors who either need, or feel they will need, help with everyday living. It provides assurance that help will immediately be available in case of emergency, which creates an energetic environment full of friends, good food, and activity.
Q: What if I need personal care?
For residents requiring assistance with their daily living needs, a professional licensed staff is available to provide additional assisted care. Our assisted living program offers an individualized program of additional services including daily light housekeeping and well-being checks as well as personalized assistance with dressing and grooming, plus escort services to meals and activities.

Q: Is a nurse available 24 hrs per day?
A: At Fox Hollow, our Wellness Center is staffed with trained and certified personnel who are on-site and available 24-hours per day. In addition, we have a full-time nurse for your safety, convenience, and peace of mind.

A: St. Charles Hospital is just seven miles and ten quick minutes from Fox Hollow.

A: At Fox Hollow, residents receive many services and amenities such as three meals per day, scheduled transportation, all utilities including cable - except telephone, 24 hour staffing, routine maintenance, firelit living room, guest dining room, theatre with large screen television, exercise room, meeting room, game room, full service beauty/barber shop, and more.
Q. What are Fox Hollow’s rates?
A: Rental at Fox Hollow is month-to-month and initial residency includes an entrance fee. A second resident in a given room is charged a substantially reduced rate, and a separate care plan, if necessary, is assessed and administered. Q: How do I pay for care?
A: We are a private pay community and also accept long-term care insurance. Our bookkeeper is more than happy to assist you in gaining a basic understanding of managing the financial affairs of your loved one.
